The guys at FK.UK (
http://www.funckey.co.uk/) have put on an assault course gathering at RedHill in Surrey this coming Sunday 26th June for all us functional fitness freaks out there! By all accounts it should be a fun day with a BBQ, challenges and of course tackling the assault course itself.
If anyone would like to join us as we head up there drop us a line. Its happening from 10am -4pm and costs £5 for kids and £10 for kidults.
