Great CrossFit/Paleo blog

Take a look at this blog for a great read on what it means to do CrossFit and follow a 30-day Paleo challenge.

Joe is one of our members who has been CrossFitting for a while now and he talks about what differences he has seen and how it has made him feel. There are some great photos in there too.

He also is going to cover the next 30-days of his Paleo challenge and there is lots of good information about what to eat, what not to eat and why.
