Class Timetable Change

We have a revised timetable running from next Monday 30th January.


We have added a few more classes in and tried to make it a more uniform structure across the week.

Lifting weights can traditionally be seen as a male health pursuit and i know a lot of women are intimidated by the free weights section at their local gym. Thats not the case with CrossFit Connect.
