What can we say about this video.....but WOW! We are totally blown away by the amazing job our friend and member Craig Sawyer at Bluejuice video (www.bluejuice.co.uk) has done for us on our new Connect short film.
We made one ourselves 3 years ago when we first opened (you can still see this on our YouTube channel for a bit of a trip down memory lane!) but towards the back end of last year and the move into our big, new facility we realised it could do with a little updating.
Craig stepped up to the plate and shot the footage over three or four days and then crafted what we think is one hell of a good promo video. It really captures what we do at Connect and shows all of our classes and range and abilities of our members so well.
Connect is for everyone of any age and any ability.

Hi David. Congrats on the the new facility. Looks mighty impressive indeed. I no longer frequent the south coast for my work so it's a bit of a trek to drop in these days, would love to train down there with you guys again.
ReplyDeleteAs a 'Wandering Crossfitter' I have to say to anyone considering starting at a crossfit gym that the coaches at Connect were fantastic and the community was superb. I only dropped in to throw down a WOD a few times but every time I did everyone was always very welcoming and made me feel at home, thanks guys, I wish you every continuing success for the future and if I'm passing by I will drop in and see you again.
So if you're pondering crossfit, reading this and wondering if you should give it a try or not... do it, take action, call them email them or drop in and say hello, 3, 2, 1... Go!
